Q: Where and when was your destination wedding?
A: Dreams and Secrets Vallarta Bay in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on May 6, 2023.

Q: Why did you choose a destination wedding?
A: We love to travel and wanted to share our special day with the most important people in our life. Our guest list was very large, and it was easier to take people off the list for a destination wedding. It was also much cheaper than a wedding in the US.

Q: What was the best part of your time in the destination?
A: Being on vacation with the people we love most. It made everyone get out of their comfort space and go somewhere they normally wouldn’t go.

Q: What was the most surprising part of your destination wedding or the planning process?
A: How easy it was to plan the whole wedding. I was so stress-free and was able to actually enjoy my time and my wedding.

Q: If you could go back and do one thing differently, what would it be?
A: Literally nothing. My wedding was everything I could have dreamt of. My husband and I still talk about how there is nothing we would change.

Q: What’s one thing you would 100% recommend to other couples planning a destination wedding?
A: Book the videographer. You can hear the waves crashing in the video and it truly brings you back to that moment every single time you watch it.
