how to book
There are a limited number of rooms being held for this wedding. They are available on a first come, first served basis. We encourage you to make your reservation and pay your deposit as soon as possible.
To attend the wedding, guests must stay at Hyatt Ziva or Hyatt Zilara within our wedding group. Day passes can be requested for guests not staying at the resort. These are not guaranteed or confirmed until 7-10 days prior to the wedding. We kindly ask everyone to stay at the resort and book through our wedding group rates.

Urgent & important passport information
A passport is required. Current passport process time is up to 8 weeks.
If you do not have a passport yet, this doesn’t allow much time for a hiccup. I strongly recommend that you get your passport applications submitted NOW!
If you have a passport, check your expiration date NOW!
Do not wait, do not pass go, because there is NO get out of jail free card on this thing! DO NOT get a Passport card because it is cheaper. That only works for travel by car, crossing the borders to Mexico and Canada.

FLights
Book your flights to Sangster International Airport (MBJ). Flights are not included in the resort booking; however, shared transportation or nonstop private ground transportation to and from the Montego Bay airport can be added to your reservation. You must forward a copy of your flight itinerary to travelbymelissa@lisell.com by August 29, 2025.
Payments
Non-refundable deposit of $200 per person is required to secure your room. The remaining balance is due by August 19, 2025. Reservations must be secured with a MasterCard, AMEX, or VISA credit card. Only one credit card per room will be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that things may happen and you may need to cancel your trip. Please note that all payments are non-refundable. We believe that your upcoming trip is a significant investment. Please arrive at the resort no later than Friday, October 31, 2025. Nicholas & Heather’s wedding is on Saturday, November 1st.
INVENTORY GUARANTEED NIGHTS
The resort has permitted us to hold the room nights starting with arrivals on October 31, 2025 and departures on November 4, 2025. Should you wish to arrive earlier than October 31st or stay later than November 4th, your request will be routed to the resort for review. Please be patient while we wait on the special review process and the approval from the resort.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All members of your travel party, regardless of age, need a valid passport for international trips. Please be aware that a passport BOOK is mandatory for air travel. Passport Cards are not accepted.
If you already have a passport, take a moment to check its expiration date to ensure it will be valid for your upcoming journey. Additionally, it's recommended by the U.S. State Department to have at least 6 months of validity remaining on your passport after your return trip date.

Only one person should fill out the booking form on behalf of both guests.
Guests who are sharing a room must have the same arrival and departure dates. The resort does not permit mixed occupancy numbers during the stay (i.e. single occupancy status one night followed by three nights of double occupancy status).
Should a roommate have to cancel and the overall occupancy level of the room changes, the room will be repriced to reflect the occupancy level that will actually use the room. For example, two people are to share a room and at the last minute one person has to cancel. The room would be repriced from a Double Occupancy room to a Single Occupancy room and the Single Occupancy room rate will be applied to the reservation. Some Travel Insurance policies will cover the increased cost to the remaining traveler provided the travel insurance is purchased prior to the roommate canceling their reservation.

If you make a reservation outside of the group:
- You run the risk of being moved to another property if the resort oversells rooms. Groups have priority over individual reservations.
- You are traveling without the support of a trusted travel advisor. If something goes wrong, you may be stuck on hold for hours (if you can find a phone number). You also will not receive my pre-departure travel tips and reminders.
To attend the wedding, guests must stay at Hyatt Ziva or Hyatt Zilara within our wedding group.
If you do not stay at the resort, you will have to purchase a wedding pass. These are an additional cost per person, per day. Wedding passes are only available for purchase on the day of the wedding. You will not be able to come any other day, even if there is a wedding event like a Welcome Party. Wedding passes enable you to enter the resort typically 1 hour prior to the start of the ceremony and you must depart as soon as the reception ends.
